Happy, happy Friday to you! The days have been merging together lately but I can tell you with confidence that it is indeed Friday. And Stinka is here to give you some Friday Feline love. She’s sitting on an older wall hanging/crib quilt I made for Generation Q magazine. If you get their newsletter, you saw the link to the free pattern. If you don’t, get signed up. In the meantime, visit this link for the pattern. Grab some pre cuts and get started. A solid or blender layer cake and some charm packs or scraps and you’ll be all set. You don’t have to do the big stitching. You could machine quilt some simple straight lines in all that negative space and it would look terrific. And make it a lot bigger by adding more of these super easy blocks.I’m shipping off some boxes on Monday and then, I should be done with sample sewing for Spring Market. Not nearly as many projects to do this time around, which has been a good thing. I’m ready to put finishing touches on the Tabby Road throw quilt and then I’ll post the pattern for you. Look for that some time next week.
For now….have a fabulous day and enjoy the weekend. Stinka insists.
