Time just keeps moving faster. I’m doing less but taking longer to do it. How is that possible? At any rate, I’ve been playing with Renaissance Ribbons lately. I’ve put together a few little projects for Edith for their booth at Market using Tula Pink’s Slow and Steady ribbons. So much fun! Here’s a peek at the pillow I put together using the blues. I pulled in the Daisy Buds print in fuchsia (a True Colors print of Tula’s) to make the pinks in the ribbon and the Tortoise Shell print pop. If you’re into piping pillows, you could use it for piping as well.
I’ll have to pack this up soon along with the clutches and whatever else I get done in the next couple days. Because by Wednesday I should have a box of Jane’s latest fabric. I’ll be sewing two quilts for Market out of those beauties. Lots to do! There will be gallons of coffee to get me through it. And of course, a little black cat with a lot of attitude.
Have a wonderful week!
