Things are moving slowly here. What with the approaching holiday and several days spent on home improvements (two new dual pane windows are in, leaving two more for this particular phase), stuff isn’t getting done at the usual pace. But I’m continuing to give myself permission to take it easy and not beat myself up about all the things I haven’t gotten to yet. I’m not always very good at listening to my own advice but Stinka has been a huge help.I did manage to sew up some strips of Kaffe. They’re ready to be sewn together for a lap quilt.I also auditioned some Parson Gray EPP for a throw quilt. I really like how this is coming together.
As you can see, fabric is keeping me company even if I’m not actually getting it much of it sewn together into completed projects. I hope you’re finding ways to enjoy your stash too. Follow a little of Stinka’s advice and take it easy.
I don’t know if I’ll get a chance to post again before Thanksgiving, so here’s my holiday greeting in advance. Happy Thanksgiving! And thank you so much for taking time to visit here. I appreciate you all!
